This privacy policy describes how Game Duo (“we”) collects and processes your personal data on the site flam-couple.app, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data collected
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the service to work:
- Email address: provided at purchase, so we can recognize you and restore your access on another device.
- Payment data (cardholder name, bank details): collected and processed exclusively by Stripe. We never have access to your bank details.
- Purchase history (products bought, date, subscription status): to give you access to the content you paid for.
- Players' first names, if entered in the app: stored only in your browser (sessionStorage), never sent to our servers.
- Mood description entered in the optional “My level” feature: sent to the Google Gemini API to generate your level, then kept on your device only. The intensity level you choose is sent with it, anonymously, to improve the game. No information that could identify you is included.
No other game data, answer or behaviour is sent to our servers. All gameplay stays local on your device.

4. Data recipients
Your data is processed by the following processors, all GDPR-compliant:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe policy
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting of the Site and secure storage of access rights (Cloudflare Workers & KV). Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare policy
- Google Ireland Ltd. — AI content generation (Gemini API), only when you use the optional “My level” feature. Only the mood description you type is sent; it is not linked to any data that could identify you. Google policy
We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.
5. Cookies and trackers
The Site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookie. Only the following are used:
- Local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) to remember your purchase email and the players' first names — this data stays on your device;
- Stripe's technical cookies during a payment (essential to the security of the transaction).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of the data concerning you;
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data;
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data (except where the law requires us to keep it);
- Restriction of processing;
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Portability: receive your data in a readable format;
- Post-mortem instructions: decide what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights: write to us. You will receive an answer within one month at most.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, or with the French authority we fall under, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
7. Security
We put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption across the whole Site, encrypted storage at our processors, restricted access to data, and strong authentication.
8. Minors
The Site is strictly for adults. No data is knowingly collected from minors. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us: it will be deleted immediately.
9. Changes
This policy may be amended at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, active users will be informed by email.
